Description:
Solicits and services printing and graphics business from Toppan’s existing customers and builds relationships with new customers by identifying customer needs and offering solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and develop new customer base for commercial and digital print
- Organically grow existing business and house accounts
- Review customer specifics for quotation and assure that all necessary information is obtained from the customer.
- Manage each project from start to completion to achieve the highest profit margin expectation.
- Ensure accurate billing of a job either during the completion phase of the job or immediately after.
- Assist in the prompt collection of billing, advising Toppan of any problems concerning billing and collection. Promptly resolve all disputes regarding billing, credits and discounts.
- Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings.
- Complete sales reports and projections when required.
- Four year college degree or relevant industry experience
- Two to four years experience in high quality commercial printing sales
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem solving ability
